Pricing
Monthly, in US dollars, paid through Stripe
letterport is free for 3 inboxes, 50 recipients a day and 1,000 a month, with no card. Developer is $19 a month for 25 inboxes; Growth is $99 a month for 200. Every plan has the API, webhooks, the MCP server, the console and the Agent Skill, and every limit is a hard cap: nothing is ever billed for going over.

Sending counts recipients: To, Cc and Bcc each count, so an email to three people counts three.
Limits are hard caps
- Sending stops at a limit until it resets (the day and the month reset in UTC).
- Mail over the received-mail or storage limit, beyond a 10% allowance, is not kept; over the storage limit, sending stops too, until you delete mail or upgrade.
- A received email larger than 25 MB is not kept.
- Nothing is ever billed for going over, and paying never lifts the mail rules in the acceptable use policy.
How billing works
- An upgrade takes effect at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month.
- A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for; nothing is refunded for part of a month.
- If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your card; after that the account moves to the free plan.
- If an account then has more active inboxes than its plan allows, you have 7 days to choose which to keep; after that the newest are paused. Paused inboxes keep receiving mail, and nothing is deleted.
- Prices don't include taxes; where tax applies, it may be added. The full terms are in the terms of service.
